  1. I confirm that all details on the claim form are correct and that the items listed constitute the full extent of my claim
  2. I understand that making a fraudulent insurance claim is a criminal offence and that my details may be passed to the Police or similar authority if my claim is identified as fraudulent.
  3. I understand that there will be an excess to pay upon acceptance of my claim in accordance with the terms and conditions of my policy.

In the interest of our Customers we are a member of the Telecommunications UK Fraud Forum and validate all phone losses against Police, Mobile Operators and other UK and Ireland monitoring systems through various claims validation platforms which are then further validated by Recyclers operating under the Mobile Phone Recyclers Charter.
