If you have recently damaged your iPhone, you are likely to be waiting for our speedy replacement service to deliver your new handset. In order to ensure you don’t lose any of your valuable pictures, contacts and apps, we recommend backing up your current device to your iTunes account.
We understand that your device it completely personal to you, which is why we suggest doing this just before your new iPhone arrives.
No matter what technical emergency you are experiencing, once you receive your new iPhone from us you will be able to restore all of your apps, photos and contacts from your iTunes account.

2. Select your device, which should appear in the left-hand pane under ‘Devices’.
3. Once you have chosen your device, find the ‘Manually Back Up and Restore’ section and select ‘Back Up Now’.
4. The iTunes backup should be completed within a few minutes. The ‘Latest Backup’ time should match the current time.
Great! You have now successfully backed up your iPhone to your iTunes. This means you will be able to restore all of your personalised features and information to your replacement iPhone.
